We provide daily services such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping and daily bed making, personal laundry and linen service, medication reminders and assistance, coordinate appointments with home health nurses and PTs, Hospice and incontinence care, preparing nutritional meals and serving appetizing snacks. Organizing different social and recreational activities.
Our facility is proud to participate in the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Program. This important program is designed to help Medi-Cal recipient eligible seniors and persons with disabilities who need to remain in a community-based setting, with enhanced care, access to personalized assistance and comprehensive support services tailored to individual needs, including health and wellness services. The facility features wheelchair accessibility throughout, with private, semi-private, and shared rooms, each equipped with or having access to emergency exits. It is fully secured with gated controlled access, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems on all exit doors for enhanced safety.
The family room offers a variety of activities, including a TV with over 350 channels, a video library, Netflix/Roku, a musical center, high-speed Internet access, a selection of table games, and other recreational activities. It also hosts birthday celebrations and major holiday events.
Enjoy the outside front patio featuring the 'Gurgen's Apricot Garden,' hand-planted by our father, and the back porch where families can have private moments with their loved ones.
Enjoy a newly remodeled modern kitchen with a dining area, along with caregiver call buttons and floor alarms for residents in need. The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars and non-slip mats.
